  1. Yeah, hoster limited my account due to some “attack” on it (I say: just a lot of requests on a high trafficking website, nothing more). Installed W3 total cache today (Resulting in WP handling 161 requests/sec instead of 4.61 althus ab (apache bench)) but apparently wasn’t enough for the hoster, so they bogged the memory usage down “to protect my site”. Eventually they notched the limit up a bit (as WP wouldn’t even init as you can see), but it’s still a ridicule amount now: 50MB per process, resulting in about 20MB left for PHP I’ve come to known by doing some tests … one can’t even create a thumbnail and a resized version of an uploaded image with that.
