The concept harnesses the power of the wind from cars rushing past to light up the ever-darkening roadways. The turbines use the wind collected to generate energy for the lighting.
This concept isn’t perfect but it is a nice starter.

It’s a good thing that they try to use existing lighting poles and make them multi functional.
I had this in mind:
There are thousands of lighting poles in a country. Attach solar panels on top of them and also such turbines to generate some energy. This way you don’t have to disturb the landscape with other bigger poles.
